Supporting global brand development through clear, usable systems.
Juventus is one of the world’s most recognised football clubs, with a global presence that extends beyond sport into fashion, merchandise and lifestyle.
This project focused on creating a comprehensive brand guide featuring graphic systems and licensing tools designed to support consistency across a wide range of products and partners.
The Aim
Develop a visual system that supports consistent brand use across merchandise and licensing while remaining flexible enough to work across multiple applications and partners.
What Needed Solving
The system needed to balance consistency with enough flexibility to support a wide range of commercial outputs, helping different partners apply the brand confidently while protecting recognisability and cohesion and minimising time-consuming approvals processes.
What I Did
Reviewed the present range, the aspirations of the company and the needs of the business.
Collaborated on breaking merchandise into themed silo’s to allow flexibility and scale.
Created graphic tools, licensing assets and style guidance designed to support consistency, ease of use and practical day-to-day application across multiple formats and product ranges.
The focus was on building a framework that protects the integrity of the brand while remaining commercially flexible and easy for partners to work with.
Result
As a result of our discussions and proposals, Juventus re-evaluated their structure for in-house, national and international merchandising.
To support this I delivered a cohesive and scalable licensing system that supports consistency across different products, formats and markets.
What Clients Get from Me
Clear systems, practical thinking and creative support designed to hold together properly at scale.
